Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy and framework provide the roadmap for how we will achieve our ESG goals and embed these considerations into our business strategy and operations.

Human Rights

Our CSR initiatives include:

  • In partnership with Rotary and other Global organisations, we provide scholarships for bright students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • We provide generous assistance to support women’s education programs to ensure that women in the communities we operate have the opportunity to reach their potential and progress in their careers.
  • We actively sponsor PhD students with educational scholarships as part of our commitment to building a knowledge-based society.
  • Medical and health care assistance programs provide much-needed support to disadvantaged communities.
  • We work closely with the Salvation Army in Melbourne, Australia, to provide safe travel assistance to vulnerable people.
  • Collaborating with www.projectbeap.org, our technology solutions have underpinned hospital equipment donations to much-needed medical facilities in developing countries.

We have an active and engaged Board of Directors and advisory committee that provides strategic oversight and guidance and holds management accountable for the group’s performance. We maintain high standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are committed to continual improvement in our governance practices and processes.

Our Donations

Donations We’ve Made

Donation of book and stationery items for children based in a school in the Nawagurukele G.S. Division to help overcome the struggle of low-income families to provide for the education of their children. This was one step towards helping to break the cycle of poverty in Sri Lanka and create a brighter future for the children of low-income families in Sri Lanka to improve their learning experience and create a better and brighter future for themselves and for Sri Lanka in the long run.

15th December 2022

Rananjaya Holdings (Pvt) Ltd partners the One Million Trees Project. Commitment to plant 2,000 trees was made by the Group Director of Rananjaya Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Dinusha Herath to the Rotary International President, Jennifer Jones. The event was graced by the President of Rotary International, Jennifer Jones and Colombo Stock Exchange CEO Rajeeve Bandarananayake, and was well attended by prominent businesspeople and leaders of influence at the Colombo Stock Exchange.
